Date Created:  2009-12-09
Description:   This is a commitment for all the persons that live with people from another countries, backgrounds or social status. We as humans have to be open to new people and new ideas from anyone and this is the way our american society should be . This is a country that you could find people from all around the globe and you just got to deal with it. I am sure that if everybody listen to another person from a different country or background they will realize that living in a country or a city with different people is not as bad as it sounds and we can have a better life if we work together with this commitment

Description:   A lot of misconceptions exist about different cultures because people do not always take the time to get the whole picture. The more we learn about other cultures the less misconceptions and stereotypes there will be! Educating yourself about different cultures will not only make you a more knowledgeable and tolerant person, but you will gain respect for cultures and the people who are a part of them.
